Q: Do you have more floorplans than what is shown online?
A: We do! We didn’t have space to showcase every floorplan on our website, but we have several layouts to choose from. Email us for more details.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: We are pet friendly! For your convenience, we have pet clean-up areas designated throughout the property. There is a non-refundable fee due upon move-in (or upon obtaining your pet): $150 for dogs, $75 for cats and a $150 refundable pet deposit. Pet rent is $25 monthly per pet. Restrictions may apply depending on weight and breed.
Q: What utilities are included in the rent?
A: Your rent includes water, sewer and trash, and internet package. All of our units include a washer and dryer.
Q: Do you offer furnished apartments?
A: Not at this time. However, we frequently work with CORT Furniture Rental and will be happy to put you in touch with someone. Email us to make arrangements.
Q: What’s nearby?
A: Bedford is conveniently nestled between Roanoke, Lynchburg, and Smith Mountain Lake. Our lofts are located in walking distance to Centertown’s vibrant restaurant, entertainment, and arts scene.
Q: When can I take a tour?
A: We’d love to show you around our property. At present, all tours are by appointment. Just email us!
Q: I’m moving from out of state, and I’d like to get everything set up before I move. Is it possible to make arrangements before arriving to the area?
A: We frequently work with people relocating from all over the country. We try to make your move as easy and stress-free as possible, and can take care of the leasing process electronically. To start the process, click on the application tab.
